I've run 20 games in just 5 years of speedrunning. I think I could offer some cool stories for the podcast.

Ratchet & Clank - Act Tuning Sly - Noob Mode Resident Evil - Difficulty Adjustment In RE you don't die, just take damage or waste ammo and it'll work.

I have the nice middle ground of "Any% Speedruns for 1:33" or something similar. Not a fan of long titles.

Finished Leon's campaign in RE2 remake last night. Despite my stance on game remakes I have to admit I really enjoyed this game and look forward to replaying it as Claire. #REBHFun

robo breaks the 37-minute barrier in Ratchet: Deadlocked's main category, NG+ No LC. She has held the world record for almost a year in this category and now has beaten joukkari's Former WR time by 54 seconds.

Gonna be pretty disappointing to see posts over the next few months about GDQ knowing I can't go because I was just dealt a bad hand in life.

Does anyone know how to fix this bug on @speedruncom.bsky.social where the top tab doesn't load at all? I've restarted my computer multiple times and it remains this way.

Ape Escape is by far one of the best games on the PS1, and the most revolutionary and creative platformer on the console, which is impressive given how great the PS1 is for the genre.

A great rule of thumb to apply to new console game decompilation projects/PC ports or translations in particular: unless proven otherwise, assume the code/translation is filled to the brim with genAI

The only reason anyone would ever have a run denied is personal. They could make the marathon longer if they wanted to, they just personally hate everyone they rejected

Knocking something off the bucket list: finally playing the Ape Escape trilogy. My favorite moment so far has been this ape that rides in a UFO, it's hilarious and charming. This game looks absolutely gorgeous on a CRT, the color palette really stands out.

This is how I feel about Super Mario 64, as it is in fact, NOT the 64th game in the series. Disappointing that a falsely advertised product has so much praise.

Watching Oddball speedrun LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game has me wanting to make a grand return. I wanted to do a hardcore grind of that category when I ran it back in November and December but GDQ interrupted that. I'd love to finally make the most of my skills in that game.

I'm the person that did the speedrun this art is based on and I just found this. Thanks for making a great piece for this game. I like to think I achieved a lot in DL, but I still have a few more things left. Hopefully I can come back to GDQ someday with the more interesting NG+ No LC run.

The Xbox 360 has a feature that reminds me of this. I think people these days are just wary of anything that involves digital, including making a digital game. But there's really nothing to worry about until Microsoft makes the same "no more discs post" that Sony did.

This box art is interesting because it depicts what the Infector was going to do in older builds of the game. It would have been a laser beam rather than... whatever we got in the final game. I'm sure you can easily find an old video of this function.

Got my friend Eli to play Dead Space, and he's now hooked on the series. He's spent the whole day playing the second game (which I haven't even played yet) and has almost completed it. It's beautiful to share amazing art with others.

Deleted the thread about Rift Apart because I'm in a bad headspace right now. Thinking about a game that feels like the death of something I loved is only going to make that worse. Gonna stop posting about it from now on, I'll only talk about it in rare circumstances on stream.

idk if this was a joke but that's the wrong game. It'd be more accurate to say "have you seen Mary?"
