A reminder that the 'you' that you see in the mirror is not necessarily a real reflection of you. The mind has incredible super villain powers to warp your experience of your appearance. I see a frail 14 year-old... Something bad happens between my retina and occipital cortex.

I'm an atheist, ambivalent at best about organised religion, but even I agree there is something deeply human (for better and worse) about religion, faith and spiritualism. To hear words of prayer pushed out of an algorithm is so unsettling, like seeing half a maggot in your sandwich.
