Burnout is the enemy and cases so much harm. Saying yes to make things happen is easy. Making it happen is harder. When you have a team pulling together to make things happen, you can do anything. But everyone on the team needs to know their limits. Know when to pause, rest, stepback.

Making cons happen is such a slug, but the reward to see the magic happen and community happy is incredible. We are in the process of rebooting Furconz as a fresh team with various disciplines of management/leadership/phyc backgrounds: making things sustainable, paced, lower stress imperative.
