Telling people to know their own worth is all well and good, but that's not how we have decided to structure and organize our society. People are deemed to have less worth and value than others, and these judgments have extensive social, political, interpersonal, and material consequences.

I've learned this again and again this year. Envy is information. Envy shows you what you want (maybe not exactly, but the underpinnings - the skill, the freedom). Find a way to build it, or you'll likely find yourself, years later and painfully clear-minded, wishing you had started now, today.

Proof that you don't need degenerative AI to create concept art for your game. Concept art is whatever you can draw to get your point across. You don't need to be a professional illustrator, just spit out your idea, it's called concept for a reason. Anyway, I'm now going to do some level editing 😁

Countdown to #microcomicsummer !! I wonder what these two will be talking about?

A digital illustration of two young children. One with dark skin, curly white hair, and white ruffle-y clothes adorned with pink bows, has lamb-like ears, and holds the sleeve of the other girl’s sweater in one hand. Said other girl has reddish-hair, tanned skin with light freckles, wearing an oversized forest green sweater over dark brown pants. She has fawn ears.

Happy #microcomicsummer day! I took the opportunity to explore a concept that’d been bopping around in my head for a while. I present: A Lamb and Fawn Met Through A Picket Fence. I hope you enjoy <3

Panel 1, Narration: A Lamb and a Fawn met through a picket fence.
Panel 2, Lamb: Oh little fawn, how can you bear to live in those woods?
Panel 3, Lamb: Don’t you know that’s where the hunter lays his traps, and stalks his prey?
Panel 4, Lamb: Aren’t you afraid you might be hunted next?
Panel 5, Lamb: Just one more trophy on his wall…

Panel 2, Fawn: But what about you, little lamb? How can you bear to live in that house?
Panel 3, Fawn: Don’t you know that’s where the butcher sharpens his knives, and guts his victims?
Panel 4, Fawn: Aren’t you afraid you’ll be slaughtered next?
Panel 5, Fawn: Just another slab of meat in his shop…

Panel 1, Narration: On that day, the little lamb and fawn learned an important lesson.
Panel 2, Narration: They had to look out for each other.
Panel 4, Narration: Who else would?

The character is wearing a shirt, a tie and an apron, although the apron seems to be splashed with a dark fluid, the same with the left side of his face. the charcter holds a knife close to his face, where the eyes are closed and he is kinda blushing like whatever is on the knife must be very tasty

IMO don't eat anything with activated charcoal, period. It's meant as a medication and needs to stop being used in everything just for the cool factor. If you're taking important medications especially avoid it because it'll likely mess with them.

OH. right! i get it now!

i get why AI is so depressing to me. because covid already shrunk my world to almost nothing, where almost all of my life revolves around socializing and watching videos on the internet (which is being ruined by AI) and creating creative works through coding (which is being ruined by AI), often using open source tools and libraries (which are being ruined by AI)

i already had so little and now even that is being rotted away before my eyes
