Charging in the wild is still hit and miss. Charging stations are often down or very slow. Fast chargers often require a different adapter. We love our EV and would buy one again but it took some adjustment, planning, investment in a home EV charger, etc to make it work for us.

I think some of the problem is the range on the lower end EVs. If they advertise 200 miles, in reality it’s probably 120 miles because they constantly warn owners not to charge the car above 80% or let it fall below 20% or risk faster battery degradation.
