my husband managed to leave his kindle on a Ryan Air plane; the website basically said "sorry, nothing we can do, you should take more care of your stuff" 🙄 (LBA were great, however, and got it back to us - some of the best customer service)

Ugh! Not flying @ryanairofficials.bsky.social again! Absolutely impossible to speak to a human! Chatbot was unable to recognise my booking number & automatic phone response cut me off! I’ve pre paid for airport transport but not received tickets/information on how/where to catch it! 🤬

PSA: @ryanair.bsky.social hides a lot of, frankly, bullshit in their ToS. Double, triple, quadruple check—then check again—baggage terms, prices, “refund policy,” check-in requirements, window of check-in “opportunity,” required (glitchy) app use. Misleading, predatory practices. Boo!
