I can't wait to start streaming there soon! I just have stuff to take care of on my main PC before I can start (hopping linux distros and setting everything up again)

nothing against bazzite, it's great as far as gaming goes, but I need more control over my system and having an immutable distro on my main PC has be feeling like I'm running into as many walls as I was with windows at times

since using cachyOS on my laptop I swear it's like every time I hop onto my desktop with bazzite I have to fix something and I spend a good hour or two fixing things instead of doing what I want I think I'm gonna back up and make note of things I need to do and switch my desktop to cachyOS

soccer has really ruined all other televised sports for me there’s so many ad breaks. it’s ESPECIALLY bad in the NFL, which I’m lucky to only have to endure one day a week I’m back to watching a soccer match and it’s a breath of fresh air

I’ve only learned of altstream recently but I’ve set up a basic account that I’ll look into deeper and stream from in the near future :3

Reminder for the writers among us. #NaNoWriMo is great if you want to do it. NaNoWriMo.org on the other hand actively courted and accepted Gen AI sponsors and defended using it instead of actually writing a novel. Happily, you can do the activity without supporting the organization betraying you.

ipod update, seems the click wheel grounding cable shifts out of place when closing the ipod it causes an issue with the circuit and causes the process to freeze iTunes (weird but ok. old tech be old teching) I can fix with some kapton tape but that's officially a tomorrow Runi problem

lowkey sucks that taking apart an ipod means it erases everything but at least now my ipod mod is COMPLETE now to restore it and get music back on it. I had some files I needed to fix anyway might end up having to restore it again down the line anyway if I wanna try rockbox

ROH will be airing full matches from PAC in AEW and ROH on their YouTube channel today. This is lovely, and remembering how incredible, innovative, talented , charismatic, funny, and what a bastard he was is a wonderful way to spend time appreciating him today. Thank you for doing this. ❤️🫂

it was. likely too soon in his career for spots like this, but even Taz said that it can happen to experienced wrestlers, too. man seeing him go down like that brought me back to seeing my dad get laid out on the ice at a hockey game (he used to play) took him a minute to get up

mostly full harvest of our little garden before big storm comes in. lots of basil, parsley, and picked the tomatoes they liked most likely to ripen off the vine. not to bad for first attempt growing from seeds, and we started late

I've seen so many folks playing Aniimo lately, likely who aren't aware of the GenAI use in the game. Just a PSA that Aniimo DOES indeed include GenAI in both the promotional material and in game.
