$37k in Kickstarter funds raised in 2024. Much of it went to freelancers (yay), printing costs, fees and upcoming taxes. Gary's Appendix is clearly the strongest title. As a part time publisher effort, cost and reward are on my mind. What should I do different for 2025? What will I do different?

Well, for the moment Bsky is giving off strong vibes. While not the same as G+ was, it's quite good and lively and fun. I think the G+ days were more innocent and unfiltered and things have changed in ways that make it impossible to ever go back there. For better or worse.
