I'm now poking at pugging and mentally preparing to probably have to find a short term temp static to just get this fight cleared and not feel like I've wasted 4 months of time for nothing. Just wanna knock it out before Evercold while the motions for the fight are still fresh in my head. /rant

We managed to replace them but we had to reprog/get used to our new member and regain momentum. But stress from the sge drama didn't helped and the fight itself fitting its abbreviation.

Roy Salad @roysalad.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

We got screwed over by our SGE basically putting us second priority and we missed a bunch of days/time due to it when they also ended up clearing with another static and we had to deal with them basically shafting us alot of time.

Kefka Ulti may have effectively killed my static or at least dissuaded us from continuing it specifically. Holiday stuff coming around and some members completely burnt out since we've been working on it since drop and only barely peeking int p4. Fight is annoying and hard. #ffxiv

Hopefully we can start breaking into phase 4 soon.

Kefka ult has been something. We've been on phase 3 for a bit and have had some complications with our shield healer. Had to effectively replace them due to reasons and things have felt like they're smoothing back out again. Been seeing into actual black hole prog now.

The music was deeply amazing and I'll never get enough of the 'don't forget' leimotif.

It was not really lore/story heavy as much as it felt like one final silly joyful adventure before dropping into more serious things that Chapter 4 foreshadowed. I hope that future chapters aren't too far off but I understand they will need a lot of polish to make the finale amazing.

Deltarune Chapter 5 was an amazing chapter and feels like my favorite one so far. It was oddly nostalgic and a fun time as well as decently difficult considering it is chapter 5. I expect the next chapters to continue to raise the bar in difficulty for finale as well.

I love it when JRPGs do this

Three eggs with legs: the first, a normal white egg, is under text that says (first 20 minutes of gameplay). It's titled "Egglet", and has 2 strength and 4 defense.

The second egg, which is made of magma, is under text that says (40 hours in). It's titled "Vulcan Yolk", and has 365 strength and 700 defense.

The final egg is under text which says (120 hour+ postgame dungeon). It is a jewel-studded glowing blue egg, and is titled "Fabergé Genocide Embryo". It has 1600 strength and 4000 defense.

I look forward to the new Tomodachi Life game. It's wild to see how much people are trying to milk the demo tho. Half the fun of the game for me with the og game was watching how the larger group of miis mingled and seeing how things moved from there while checking on them routinely. ``

Unsure if I wanted to get Pokopia. Watch people play it. Still unsure. Watch people build in it. Get it. Spend hours on end not progressing and instead just building. Oh ok this is my new obsession.

I been invited to a friend's place and one kid was doing AI on their tablet. Told them that it's bad and the father asked me why. Explained and also said real art have more soul. He wanted to make a dinosaur playing basket-ball, I drew this for him. They loved it so much, the dad paid me in the end

A traditional illustration of an anthropomorphic dinosaur playing basket-ball. He looks at the viewer while playing.

The result of an illustration I did for a kid while explaining why this is better than the AI art they tried to do on their tablet.
