I think I might need to lower the intensity of my walks, I am averaging 4mph for 60min a day at a 10% incline along with my usual stretches, body weight exercises, yoga, and pilates. 🫣😅 All the stuff aside from the walking is a single routine I do 2-3 times a day.

The place I moved to in July is an apartment building for veterans, kind of a down-on-your-luck deal. I moved here to get access to better healthcare, to MN. The community is so kind-hearted to us: each of us have been inundated with baked goods, gift cards, and well-wishes. It means so, so much.

When it first started getting cold, my heat was acting up. We don’t have central air or heat here, but these radiators along some of the walls. The maintenance ppl fixed them, and now it’s the opposite where it’s too warm for me. I woke up to it being 80. The building runs off one thermostat. Yikes.

Saw some ragebait from a self-loathing trans girl the other day, trying to argue that unless you transition early you shouldn’t bother. That’s asinine and spoke to both her own insecurities and narrow view of things. I started HRT at close to 35, and the second pic I was 42. We’re not the same.
