Part ??? of my delulu that Dr. Ratio is related to Amphoreus: If I'm remembering correctly, The scepters were once the "neurons" of Nous, but THEY ended up discarding the scepters entirely. Despite being discarded, the scepters still worked on whatever equation/formula Nous originally assigned.
