There's a team in Edo State in Nigeria doing some class work to consolidate and transform citizen services under the banner of 'oneEdo'. It's early days for them and they're moving fast. The user research is a highlight. They have started a newsletter on LinkedIn www.linkedin.com/company/edo-...

Appreciated lived wisdom from @tumshie.bsky.social at DigitalScotland that no matter how limited your resources, you can still have a progressive digital agenda. Support good ppl, hold agile as a set of principles, prove you can deliver. It's a 'small, boring, impactful' strategy for transformation.
