The Titanic: Even before James Cameron’s 1998 film, I was a Titanic obsessive and wrote a very long school report about the disasterAnne Frank: I read multiple editions of her diary and admired her writing so much. We visited Amsterdam when I was 11 and I cried when we saw her statueMicrosoft Publisher 95/98: I spent hours making websites on MS Publisher. I loved creating the page structure and populating it with pictures and text. There were pages about me, my family, my house and my pets. I never put it online.Harriet the Spy: As soon as I saw this film, I WAS a spy. I still am.

Oh yeah, totally not another read through for structural issues at copy edit - yes! That would be brutal. Just a read through for typos, continuity etc as there's always something!

Ooh this is interesting! So at what stages DO you do a full readthrough? I didn't do one after my copy edits, but I DID do one after my proofread, and I'm glad I did because I caught quite a bit.

I understand the pressures on the BBC, but Radio 4's coverage of the Minneapolis shooting is an example of "bad balance". It's all "the Trump regime says she was a terrorist, but Democrats say it was murder". The BBC has the footage. It doesn't have to treat truth and falsehood as equally valid.

He wasn’t Nicholas Barclay. He was Frédéric Bourdin. A 23-year-old French con artist. And this wasn’t his first impersonation.
But things didn’t add up. His accent was wrong. His eye colour had changed. He didn’t recognise people he should.Because he wasn’t Nicholas Barclay. He was Frédéric Bourdin. A 23-year-old French con artist. And this wasn’t his first impersonation. So why did the family accept him? Were they fooled… or did they need him to be real? The truth eventually came out. But the real mystery remains: How far will people go to protect the story they want to believe?

Screenshot of a book review:
From the moment I picked this book up, I was hooked. I had a hard time putting it down. I even stayed up late reading and I thought I had the twist figured out but the author surprised me multiple times.

I’d highly recommend this book to anybody who loves thriller books especially ones that have twists that make you scream , “WHAT?!”

The story was a real good one, you didn’t know what was happening due to the twists making it so fast- paced I loved it!

I just LOVE books when they make you think, and then you change your mind on the characters my favourite one was Maeve originally then it switched again! The ending was one word: WOW!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me!

What things do you do so regularly that they're automatic, but to others they might seem strange? Mine are: 1) I always "cheers" my first sip of an alcoholic drink. 2) I try to get a little bit of everything onto my fork so each mouthful contains my whole plate
