Our office has been a true believer in reforming the UN Charter to make it actually represent today's world from day one. Last night we sponsored the Article 109 reception pushing that case forward, alongside Helen Clark and dozens of others. The work has only just begun!

40 years since the UN recognized development as a human right. It has never been implemented. Debt and IMF/World Bank conditions still strip developing countries of the sovereignty to exercise it. International Covenant on the Right to Development, now!

@dielinkeberlin.bsky.social just became the strongest party in Berlin for the first time in its history: 25.7 percent, more than double their 2023 result. Part of that came from New York, where our office has spent the past year building ties between German and American politicians on the left.
