Executive Order 14365 (The "National Policy" Framework): This is the big one. Signed on December 11, 2025, and fully enforced as of March 11, 2026, it mandates that Al companies must prioritize "truthful outputs" (defined by the US gov) over state-mandated bias mitigation.
