That's the right way to go about it Kilian, I like to think the benefits of that will outweigh the cons, frustrating as those refunds may be in some cases. The product is amazing especially for a one man show - recently discovered the "tunnel" feature and its so great for sending previews to client

that sucks. if its legal then yeah gotta comply with that, but i dont see a moral obligation on a refund for a software subscription that has a free trial - those "customers" surely feel no moral obligations themselves, clearly.

Was asked to build something the other day. A quick think about how it could be coded and i estimated about a week and a half. But I wasn't happy how complex and cumbersome that plan was. Did nothing on it for 2 days. Was walking around on the street, had a better idea. Thing was done the next day.

My favourite band of all time is Pink Floyd. I usually don't have an answer for the "what's your favourite ___?" But in music Pink Floyd is there. Been going through a rabbit hole of watching people discover their albums through reaction videos, amazing to see someone listen to it first time.

Finally get to a correct number just so they tell me they cannot tell me the reason why it's failing to recognise me. They also do not have phisycal locations you can go to to have this looked at by a human. So I basically just relinquished the idea of ever getting that money by now!...

I do all that, doesn't let me in. Says it cannot confirm I am who I say I am. Points me to a contact page that has 177 different numbers each for a specific case none of which seems adequate. Try a bunch of them, wait 45 mins to 2hrs on each to learn its the wrong one.

I feel your pain. I'm dealing with this crap for HMRC now: months ago they sent me a letter saying I have some money to collect from overpayment. To do that I need to sign in online. I cannot do it. It asks me to scan my passport, scan my face with an app, put all my details.
