I rarely post personal news here, but got really happy today running my third half-marathon 😊 21,1km in 1:52:30 for a pace of 5:20/km! Still haven't beaten my 2022 PR (5:16/km), but lots better than my last year's time (5:30/km). Onwards to next year, with a couple 10k races in the meantime 🏃💨

I know we're in beta season and all, but this isn't acceptable. More than 50% of my 128gb iPhone 16 pro storage is lost to iOS. This is unreal. If iOS *really* needs this much space, Apple should never sell 128gb phones.

Yeah, #Fable seems to be even better than Opus 4.8. Asked for a code audit and it surfaced a CoreData migration that'd slip through and a couple other improvements, including a special empty state for widgets when migrating databases.

Had a couple cool interactions with Siri AI 1. It replies in Portuguese if prompted in that language 2. Large prompts (those that Claude converts to an attached txt file) froze the app in my 16 pro. Apple might need to apply some sort of real time file conversion like Anthropic #siriai #wwdc2026
