And yes, the CM story gets more complicated. Tweakbod identified this 1978 commercial for a Breakout and Pong-style game table by Bally Japan (which itself is a crazy story as it is NOT affiliated with Bally Mfg). So be careful when you say "first" folks.

I decided I wanted the Berzerk Coleco ”Revival” tabletop to look more like the prototype presented in the 1982 Coleco catalog. I could really only keep it 1 player, but It looks GREAT now! (pre-mod image included)

Thank you! It only displays in the square format just as the original Woah Dave! does. The platform placements and distances from wall to wall are locked in so the game plays the same.
