Anyone who can afford TWO houses in London is definitely an asshole billionaire 🤣

Breaking with family tradition Good!Chucky has asked me to knit him a new jumper so he can be a different supernatural serial killer this Halloween! 🎃🤣

I really enjoyed making the layers on the planets. Today I’m going to be painting some more canvases black. A little art is healing. We need to get rid of the idea that only things we can do well are worthwhile.

A purple planet, a smaller blue and purple planet a blue and purple nebula and a little backwards enterprise 😂

It’s basic and quick and fun. The fact it doesn’t take long means that I can have a quick creative burst in the middle of burnout and I’m finding that gives me inspiration for other bigger projects. For these I was picturing the original planets and from TOS of Star Trek.

3 more little canvases large blue and white star and nebula a purple planet and nebula and a green planet and a tiny enterprise.

One of the things I’ve been trying the past couple weeks is painting. As recommended by my tarot reader, (Asta from resident alien 🥰) I deliberately didn’t go online to look up techniques because the goal isn’t to do it well. Just to experiment what does this brush do? How do these colours mix?

A small canvas with a giant red planet and a yellow sun and another with a red and orange nebula. On a bookshelf filled with books of Chinese history

I never saw the whole thing because I remember the music video for the song scared me so much!

Ok no he was genuinely terrifying it wasn’t just you!

There was an episode of Charlie’s angels weee someone was trapped in a sauna. They might have died. I don’t remember but I remember being so scared and praying so hard that if god stopped making me scarred I would never watch Charles angels again! 😂

Hang in there.

black and white star trek lower decks illustration of Dr T'ana. she's resting her chin in the palm of her hand. a stubby cigarette is smoldering between her fingers as she stares into the distance. the text says "In a world that profits from your exhaustion Rest is Punk." 'Punk' is done in colorful letters. the background is a crumpled sheet of paper.

Calliope last night and Calliope this morning! She really likes to burrow into things. Before the first picture was taken she was putting her head in the middle of the knitting and wearing it like a hood. Just so you don’t mistake her for a normal cat! 😂

A black cat sat on a black sofa with her paws on a black jumper on circular knitting needles

A cat like shape beneath a black scarf either a white skull print with one paw on a scratching post

It's kinda difficult to prescribe hormone treatment if they're not getting the diagnosis. to my knowledge, not a single patient has received a primary diagnosis of gender dysphoria or gender incongruence, since July 2024. I'm well beyond frustrated about what's happening. The charities are clueless.

Not to mention his writing about trans people and the fact he’s ok having transphobic friends. And acting like transphobia has no influence on real life. He’s so close to seeing how attacking one part of the community hurts all and yet…

Decided this year I would have my Chucky’s dress as Freddy for Halloween! 😂 which means I’ve just ordered yarn so I can knit them Freddie jumpers!

Yeah I saw it with Gillian doing the intro and she was like, it’s ok to laugh it’s a funny film and I was like is everyone laughing in the wrong places?

010

Damn sold out that sounds incredible but happy for them it’s sold out.

120

Yes this! I watched it with a bunch of cis people and felt like they were laughing at all the parts that made them uncomfortable rather than really engaging with it. And it kinda confirmed why I hate going to the cinema even though I loved the beauty of it on a big screen.
