everyone complains that paywalls prevent them from reading a good story but I thank paywalls when they prevent me from reading a terrible story
Screenshot of a Page Six Hollywood exclusive article published October 8, 2026, headlined “Roseanne Barr shoots secret comedy series with star-studded cast in huge comeback 8 years after controversial cancelation.” Below the headline, a photograph shows Barr seated onstage holding a microphone, wearing a light blue jacket over a patterned shirt. The caption describes her new sitcom as taking shots at both the political left and right.Screenshot of a Page Six Hollywood newsletter signup form blocking further access to an article. The left side displays the Page Six Hollywood logo over a black-and-white city skyline with the tagline “Deals, Drama and Decision-Makers.” The right side features the heading “Want to keep reading?” and invites visitors to become a free Page Six Hollywood Insider, with an email field and an orange “Get Free Newsletter” button.

any aviation buffs familiar with C-FBKB from kenn borek air? it's been flying a pattern over NJ all morning. not uncommon to see planes doing aerial surveys but this sticks out because it is normally based in alaska. I wonder what the specialized need or equipment is.

The prompt ideas button appears in the upper right, and the send button is visible in the lower right.A screenshot of an Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant response in dark mode. The submitted prompt, "I want to resize the PDF so that I can print it at 2.5" wide," appears in a purple message bubble. Below, the assistant replies, "I'm not able to help with Acrobat tools yet. Try visiting the Adobe Acrobat User Guide for detailed instructions." A thumbs-down feedback icon is shown beneath the response.

Bieber looks like he modeling Old Navy x Bill Belichick. It’s a date night look for guys who wear baggy sweatshirts with the sleeves cut off.
Close-up of a performer singing into a headset microphone during a stadium concert. They are wearing an oversized charcoal gray short-sleeve knit top layered over a white shirt with an exaggerated pointed collar and extended white sleeves. The outer shirt has a raw, cut-off appearance with wide, unfinished sleeves that end above the white underlayer, creating a layered, deconstructed look. A guitar strap crosses their chest, and the blurred crowd fills the background under colorful stage lighting.

I would love to know the reason why the NJ Transit printed train schedule formats time differently than.... the widely accepted standards. 7.24, 7.30, 7.37 instead of 7:24, 7:30, and 7:37. The format makes the schedule harder to read for no discernible reason.

A few minutes before the news of Hulk's passing, I commented on this Reddit post about a Hulk Hogan themed bar next to MSG. RIP Hulk!
Screenshot of a Reddit post with title: Hulk Hogan-themed bar in Midtown says: Don’t move the Garden, brother!

User comment reads: MSG is an iconic venue and key part of WWE history, but I do not understand why a Hulk themed bar makes business sense in 2025 NYC?

Rosen said the location was too iconic to pass up, and that powerful connections could help if plans to relocate the Garden gain traction. According to Rosen, Trump always takes Hogan’s calls, which “could be helpful.”

Oh now I get it. More grifters. If they could not negotiate a deal with Hulk, they would have moved on to Seb Gorka.

EDIT [18 minutes later]: oh shit RIP HULK
