It's frustrating to see streamers who are almost certainly not pro-gen AI but don't have anything in their panels, stream tags or title to indicate that they have turned off the "Training for Generative AI" feature - please make it clear for other streamers and viewers!

Content simply about how expensive your cards/deck are is garbage and I strongly dislike this trend in Magic If we want less bounties and collector chase cards taking already expensive product "to the moon" alongside price gouging, then maybe a culture of "this is a game" is needed more than ever

So far the set isn't for me, but 1. I've never watched it so I'm simply not the target audience, and 2. as you said we haven't even seen the full set. You can't fully judge it yet. If we see more EoE mechanics like Warp and Landers return, I'll probably end up drafting it myself!

It's just occurred to me that all three Universes Within sets this year focused on five main archetypes instead of ten, likely due to the amount of small sets we've had recently. No hate towards it, Lorwyn and Strixhaven absolutely rocked, but I do wonder how many sets get planned around UB sets

The finance side of magic has a vested interest in trying to push up prices. My fix? Ambassadors / stores that get product early should be barred from posting pack ripping videos until prerelease day. Any content released up until then should be about individual cards / game mechanics, reveals, etc

Just finished a Hobbit prerelease and couldn't be happier to see small sets go. Fun singles for commander or constructed, but the draft got boring so quickly imo. It was better than TMNT and Spiderman, but paying premium UB price for a set with little variance isn't fun. 5/10 set despite LOVING LotR

I want to see people show off new cards by telling me why they're interesting for constructed rather than "this is a bracket 2 commander combo you can do with this card". I feel the ambassador program should be used to encourage people to explore new formats, especially with UB now being standard!

Will there be incredible singles to buy? Oh yah, you bet. But as someone who LOVES drafting, I highly doubt I'll be playing it much. TMNT and Spiderman were both let downs for me when I tried drafting on Arena, and despite Hobbit being an IP I'm very interested in, I'm not holding much hope out
