Sometimes you aren't going to get a "positive" review.

I’ve been asked with great horror why I write in my books. Sitting on the red line headed to the Art Institute for a class outing, I’m writing this while staring at my copy of Ada Limón’s On Breaking where I’ve underlined and bracketed and asterisked at least one line per page. When I review books as I am this one, I write in them with abandon. I request physical books with conviction. I say I don’t write as good a review if I don’t have a physical copy, and that’s because I can’t write in it.
