Browder: If Europe were to decide that it wanted to end this war, Europe could penalize the eight oil refineries in China, India and Turkey that buy all of the Russian oil, and say if you want to do business with Russia, you can't do business with us anymore.

even though it's an oil and gas producing country because of the Ukrainian strikes. And Russia, if you look at their most recent government budget, they're gonna run the biggest deficit they've run in a long time, and they're having a hard time financing that deficit.

Bill Browder: Putin has got a major shortage of diesel fuel in Russia, and so I don't believe that he's actually gonna supply the fuel. Second, the amounts are de minimis compared to what the United States actually needs.

It’s humbling. Getting older with decreased mobility, increased pain, but with some level of cognitive function. Trying to pay attention without constantly doom scrolling, mixing enough cat and dogs videos to stay sane. Cats and dogs seem kinder to each other. Vote.
