I have a modest proposal, or five. 1] ban all donations to central political party funds. 2] only allow donations to local party funds if 3] you are a proven elector in the constituency where you're donating 4] have demonstrably lived - not owned a property - lived: for more than five years.

AfD Saxony-Anhalt is a racist extremist group, according to the German state's intelligence agency. The party may well trounce its rivals in this weekend's state election.

Oh dear. What a shame. Never mind. I've been called a nazi appeaser for saying that Substack should not be boycotted just because they allow some nasty people to publish there. Isn't it strange how the tactics of Der Sturmer are now being used by the Anti-Nazi vox populi.

I am currently working on the design of a piece of platform-neutral software which I am currently calling "The Self Record" - it's intended as a tool to help patients in their interactions with clinical staff: GPs, practice nurses, hospital clinics and the like.

This is UK specific. If you were offered an app for your phone/tablet/desktop to help you record and manage your health status and assist with your interactions with clinical staff what would you want that app to do? What should it record? What should it ignore? What functions should it have?
