Even though I've managed to corral my diet and be more intentional with my workouts... once my schedule gets disrupted or I get stressed (or both), my sweet tooth rears it's head, throws chaos into my diet, and hurts any workouts I do get in.
Getting back on track is so so so hard, but I gotta try
