25) Control Resonant: It's not as weird and boundary pushing as the first one, (though it does have it's moments) and some things I wish were done better, but for everything they did it is really good and strong. Great job!

Hikari from Interviews with Monster Girls. She is a blond vampire, around the age of 14. Her hair is in little buns on the side of her head, she has yellow eyes and fangs, and wears an untucked long sleeved white shirt and a brown skirt. Over all she seems very cheerful.

23) Zero Time Dilemma. ... I really hated it. It wasn't so much "The ending was confusing" Even if it kind of was. It was "Listen if the hints for your big twist include people saying weird stuff in the games where people say weird stuff." It doesn't really land. And too bootstrappy for a trilogy

18) APPARENTLY YOU CAN ROLL CREDITS ON THIS GAME?? Anyway I've been keeping my friend updated on this and she calls it her favorite soap. I got a crack ship together, a canon ship mad at each other, and some WEIRD best friends. A good time over all.

17) Resident Evil 3 Nemesis: First non remade RE game I've beaten! (I have played RE1 Remake so even if it's in this vein... still a remake) Jill is great, gameplay is fast, I could never walk right, and played on Easy but did a good job over all. Lots of stuff still left over in the end.

16) the Case of the Golden Idol. I always feel bad that I have to look stuff up. I know I don't HAVE to but it gets frustrating when you think you have it right and yet... no. That being said, with one or two exceptions I knew I could have eventually puzzled it out. Good time, weird politics.

15) Foolish Mortals: As a fan of the Disneyland Paris' Phantom Manor I am... mixed to positive on this. It's a great and solid adventure game with good puzzles and a fun atmosphere that gives Melanie Ravenswood the good ending she deserves. She just doesn't accomplish it herself.

14) Lost wiki Kozlovka! Someone I follow on steam picked it up, thought it looked interesting after finishing The Roottrees are dead, and uh, very short and sweet. Much less to trawl through than roottrees with pluses and minuses. But I very much enjoyed it!

11) Bugaboo Pocket: I feel like I missed 1 plot message and it wasn't as idle as I was promised, but the sprite work and message about bugs is pretty great and so is the music. Over all good time!

10) Spirit of Justice beaten again! I... don't know if it's my favorite. Apollo's ever changing back story makes him a bit less defined and I'm not sure how I feel about the final case, but it's not BAD. At the end of the day, this is a story about lawyers solving crimes and I get the escalation.

9) FINAL FANTASY 4 DS!!! My white whale is done!!! Got stuck before the final dungeon in college, and FINALLY beat it on steam. It took me a few times to beat the boss but I ALSO thought there would be a second phase so (Shrug) Anyway, great game. Definitely up there with my favorite FF's.

7) Monument Valley! I remember it being the big thing on early cellphones and I thought it would take longer. Still VERY charming.

6) Beat American Nightmare Again! Still showing off for my editor and I love Alan Wake 2 and this story. Both do their jobs well and Mr. Scratch is a LOT of fun.

5) Alan Wake 1! (Non remastered) Did it for my editor, Barry is now her favorite. Man I love this game but parts can drag. You can really see how they gain confidence and practice by the time they do Control and AW2.

4) Resident Evil Requiem: One review I saw said it did nothing new but did everything really well and I have to agree. Grace's play was tense, Leon's was bombastic, the RE engine knows what it is, they 100% pulled inspiration from Alan Wake 2 and SH2R and we have a solid, scary, entry.

3) The Roottrees are dead: Other than me putting in a name/nick name for the final one giving me "Partial credit" it was really fun and solid! Time just vanished and now that Requiem is done, it's time to work on RootTree mania!

2) Ace Attorney Dual Destinies: I have played it before, at least twice, but this was my first time playing the DLC case! It's definitely a bit rough but more akin to the general "2D to 3D" on top of "Oh this is a visual novel game" over all though I always have a good time.

1) TR-49. Saw a review, saw it was cheap, figured I'd give it a shot. A really interesting game that prioritizes detective work, but it gets to a point in the end where you have to brute force a Smidge. I ended up looking up the codes but over all enjoyed my time!

22) Prince of Persia: the Lost Crown. I hate the fact there is no sequel. The gameplay was fantastic, the story was engaging, and Sargon is do well defined.

21) Apollo Justice! Have not replayed it until now. The time travel evidence and how... strained some of this gets bothers me, but I had a good time with the cases. Apollo has shot up quite a bit for me and him and trucy are a fun duo.

20) Urban Jungle! a present and the simple gameplay has a very nice hook. Tells the story of someone who immigrated to another country, was forced to quit her job, and how her life is going along with taking care of plants. Very sweet, and comforting. Also a fantasy.

19) Nancy Drew in Shadow at the Water's Edge: Back to some good classic Nancy Drew. Very spooky vibes, and enjoyed my play through. Though some of the puzzles were... less fun and like all of these type of games, getting stuck can be frustrating to figure out what you need to do.

18) Silent Hill 2 Remake. Beat with the help of @empresscirque.bsky.social i... liked it a lot. Though this game isn't really "enjoyable" in a good and deliberate way. It is scary. It is tense. It has so much nuance. I am really happy to have played it. I don't think I'll do the other endings.

Stats for Silent Hill 2 playtbrough. It's for the Leave ending. Combat was light, puzzles were standard.

15) tower wizard! Had a good, but not, short time. Though since it's an idler it isn't supposed to. I didn't quite figure out the idling benefits until too late. Took me 14 hours but enjoyed it.

13) I was gifted @berrylemonadev.bsky.social 's Pretty Sweet Healing Guardian by a friend! Very - no pun intended - short and sweet. Turned more into an idle game when you upgrade but not a bad thing with how short the levels were. nice work!
