Just had a big idea... If the Blazers leave we move the Winterhawks to the RQ to share with the Fire. Then we redevelop Memorial into a nicest indoor ice rink in the nation! Solves the Save Lloyd folks problem! Then the rest of the land is given to AVT!

Biking in SE Portland in the Woodstock neighborhood and I saw a Stop RIP2 (Residential Infill Project) sign. Didn't realize there was a second RIP in the works. Not surprisingly it was down the block from what was once a single dwelling unit property that now has 6 homes of people.
