Say it louder for the people in the back. Art and tech should coexist and tech NEEDS the arts and humanities more than I can say. Pell grants are CRUCIAL! I was a pell student and these programs are crucial to get folks into OSS who might not otherwise have a chance to get in the door at all.

What does advocacy mean if you are just used to being in pain constantly? Or if you don't know what to ask? Keeping records is huge! Meet them where they're at with the information you have. This is a huge part of why I'm getting into health science, bc we need to continue to improve this space!

I have had a partial hysterectomy, myself. I learned a lot on the fly. I'm still learning to this day. I grilled my surgeon to kingdom come and she worked with the expert in the field to get it done and done well. I am still navigating some challenges, even a few years post op!

Hearing Amara share her journey here at #monktoberfest is fantastic. Biopsy appointments for women's health take over a year to schedule. Building a community is so important, and how these communities come together and share information. Especially around women's health and care access.

As someone who is a permanent resident of NZ and experienced tall poppy syndrome when I lived there it's REAL. People used to cut me down at every opportunity when I would talk about my job and accomplishments. It still happens today! This is RAMPANT in tech.

Just wanted to remind folks, especially the GOP and the FDD, that Barack Obama’s 2015 nuclear deal didn’t give Iran control of the Strait of Hormuz or allow it to keep 60% enriched uranium. It sent $1.7 billion to Iran versus the tens of billions Iran will now make from tolls. 🤷🏽‍♂️
