It's kind of wild how regional it is, mostly north seattle/kirkland in the 150s. But head out into the sound and it's below 40. Not great though.

Reminds me how insanely powerful Tribes "VGS" quick-chat was. Most games you have up to around 16 quick chats maximum, but VGS allowed at least double that!
