Welp. Slept all day. Hardly have the energy to sit up. Was still worth it, but PEM always sucks.

Woke up feeling okay after last night's adventure, which means there are enough neurotransmitters etc still flooding my body that when they ebb tomorrow it's gonna hit hard. It was absolutely worth it. Doing my best to live in those precious moments in between the crush of my illnesses.

On a more pleasant note Sora mopped all the floors today and the apartment smells nice and clean! Also got a new litter box for Charlotte to meet her aging kitty potty needs, and another on the way so she has a couple options. I have kissed her little head for all of you. ♥

Normally I pay very close attention to my food bc OCD/contamination issues. Today I just casually unwrapped a pre-made crepe (like you might put in a lunchbox) and ate it w/out looking at it, bc distracted/sleepy. Yes, I noticed it tasted weird but didn't think about it. I shoulda thought about it.

One of the disconcerting mixtures of ADHD + robust religious experience in my teens is that sometimes the songs stuck playing in my head are creepy old hymns (THERE'S POWER IN THE BLOOD, POWER IN THE BLOOD!) or Twila Paris (goooddd is innn connntroollll). Not sure which is worse.

Missed ketamine today bc of a migraine flare, probably bc of the seizures yesterday. Slept most of the day. Getting better at not feeling guilty when I'm too sick to keep my appts; but damn I really needed my session. Depression nipping at my heels. Wish I could get it at home.

I don't even mind the seizures themselves at this point. I mind the brain fog and the mood swings and the inability to function or focus. I also hate the focal seizures where I lose a few minutes here, a few there, and then the hours in my day are gone.

Found out my sister M ran a go-fund-me when our brother was killed and then used zero dollars and zero cents from it toward what she said she would (his funeral, his daughter). Instead, our other (half) sister J paid for everything while M and our father (A for asshole) took all the credit.

I come from generational poverty. My mom lived in extreme poverty her whole life but was still able to get by. What's happening now? It's more akin to what her mother lived through as a Great Depression child. My grandma spent her whole life eating gum half a stick at a time. I miss her terribly.
