Reminds me so much of John Gummer, a senior minister in Thatcher's Conservative government, feeding a beef burger to his daughter for the cameras. BSE (Mad Cow Disease) was on a sharp upward curve at the time as his govt permitted feed containing contaminated bovine matter to be fed to bovines. Yep.
