One final comment on this. Andy Harris is the Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus and whose shtick is all about personal freedoms and 1st Amendment rights. For him to get everything wrong about this is darkly humorous. Harris is a walking, talking embarrassment for the current Republican Party.
