The example I always think of is garbage collectors. Obviously they should be paid a good wage. That’s a job I wouldn’t want to do. And it’s a job that I *absolutely* think should be done. During the sanitation workers’ strike in Toronto a lot of folks came face to face with that idea REAL quick.

A recent study of 26,000 Chinese secondary-school students found that A.I. adoption led to an 18 percent increase in homework scores, but a 20 percent decline in scores on secure exams. Can you quote the section? All I found is: “Precedence In Canada, the order of precedence for flags is: - the National Flag of Canada … - the flags of other sovereign nations, in alphabetical order… - the flags of the provinces of Canada…” So the Canadian flag goes in the middle of a group of 3.

As someone who is currently reading the manga and just got Ghost In The Shell keycaps, thank you for posting this. It looks like this has some of the goofiness of the original manga, unlike the ‘95 anime (which is still the GOAT, don’t get me wrong). It looks good!

I’d go one further and say there are significant limits on how much say you get to have on the land you did “buy”. That 200 year old tree on the property?
