Across Europe we are witnessing a series of terrorist attacks targeting planes, warehouses, energy infrastructure, rail tracks etc. Now, we have an attempted terror attack at the RAF base in Fairford, UK, involving explosives. It is so severe that civilians had to be evacuated.
