everyone's allowed to have their own opinions but it's more so how you word it. if you're just constantly hating on something using negative words and replying under posts that are sharing their joy, you are the problem

I was happy to see that Hyrule Field sometimes looks misty and other times looks less misty. It's important to convey the atmosphere of fantasy adventure.

I like how this looks like a movie about three girls in their 20s who just don't get along but all have to live together after their grandmother leaves them her rambling mansion in her will, with Sarah McLachlan as their kooky aunt who's also the mayor.

Rolling Stone cover picturing Chappell Roan (in pale white porcelain doll makeup), leaning her head on Olivia Rodrigo's shoulder, with Doechii leaning over Olivia's other shoulder. Olivia has a daisy in her mouth. Sarah McLachlan is leaning over them like she's descending from orbit. Headline "How Daisy Chain Made History: Inside Olivia Rodrigo's fun-filled, fundraising festival"

About it in terms of first party stuff. I feel like the end reveal will either be 3d Mario or smash 6 and some other stuff will happen but who knows?

000

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

I know splatoon raiders came out or is coming out? I forget when. But splatoon 4 could be a possible reveal since splatoon is very popular and raidersis a spinoff . I don’t expect a new animal crossing at this moment because of the recent new horizons updates. But who knows? Pikmin maybe? That’s

About a 3d Kirby and we also got air riders but new 2D Kirby seems likely. Yoshi just got a game so that’s out. Considering star fox got revived there’s a nonzero chance they could make a new f zero or some other revival series. Mario party—they probably wanna make a switch 2 exclusive one, right?

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

At the Zelda direct if we get any reveals. As for other series, there’s a pokemon coming out next year if I’m not mistaken. Metroid just had prime 4 so a bit soon to announce prime 5. Unless they wanna make a new 2D game. Donkey Kong had a game last year forgotten land just got dlc so not sure

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Either way I’m not expecting to see gameplay or anything. Just like an early teaser. I feel like we could also get something like that for smash 6, like more just a confirmation that it’s a thing. Both 3d Mario and Smash are kinda due for new entries more than other series. The Zelda stuff will be

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Be 10 years ago. Of course we’ve had other stuff like the bowsers fury mode and other games like donkey Kong and Mario kart open world. And Mario bros wonder was a 2D game. So we’ll definitely be getting a 3d Mario platformers soon. Could be holiday or next year and they might not tease it yet but

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

What if? I really hope for Mario kart world dlc but who knows? I want to see I think we could get a teaser for the next mainline Mario as well. Like a small teaser and “2027” or something and then we’d get more detailed info in February or something. The last full 3d Mario was odyssey which will

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

For the general direct, I’m expecting more info on stuff we’ve already seen, I think there’s a new xenoblade and fire emblem? Prolly some third party stuff like didn’t they recently announce a new kingdom hearts? Also I don’t think SEGA would use a Nintendo direct to reveal the next sonic game but

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

The next mainline 3d game yet, they seem to be a lot more conservative about announcing things too early after TOTK and MP4, but it’s possible we could get some sort of early teaser if the game is slated to come out in 2028 maybe.

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Zelda 1&2 remakes would be cool, and it would also be nice for them to find a way to make the DS games accessible for modern audiences. Or Link Between Worlds, that’s a well-liked one. Although that would probably be more of a remaster than a full on remake! I don’t think they’ll announce

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

I feel like the Zelda direct we might get a trailer or some info on the upcoming film, probably OoT remake gameplay and a release date. Have they added Twilight Princess to NSO gamecube yet? They’ll probably do that if they haven’t. Probably some merch drops. Possibly another 2D Zelda remake.

000

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

As for what I think of the album itself 9/10, it ranks behind never gonna dance again and the WANT EP. I prolly like this more than Eternal. The highs are higher. I’m very normal about Parasite. Although Float is aggressively mid.

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

I should clarify, on genius it lists him as TAEMIN. All caps. There is a distinction.

000

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

This is all interesting food for thought because “Taemin Lee” not all caps mind you, is the Americanized version of “Lee Tae-Min” Does this mean anything major about his pivot into western markets? Prolly not I just found it funny.

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Now I feel like the discrepancy comes from the metadata because his stuff with BPM is credited metadata from BIGPLANETMADE and the new album has metadata from Galaxy corporation. But Permission specially had metadata coming from The Yoo Group. Still done with Galaxy. But just sourced differently.

100

Riah Lex (they/them/theirs) @riahlex.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

TAEMIN or Taemin, is the stage name of Lee Tae-min or 이태민. Every song where he seems to have writing credits, he is credited as TAEMIN. Except Permission. At least on YouTube music. On Genius is still lists him as Taemin. But on YouTube music he’s credited as “Taemin Lee”
