Made an exciting fabric purchase... I passed by this brown cotton sateen at a local fabric store and thought it would be great for Lord Claude's tunic about 3-4 times before I finally decided to purchase it. No rush, but!!! I really like it

After finishing Anya and stepping away for 6 months, I'm feeling more amenable to doing upgrades. Maybe with Katsu as a deadline. Since I'm planning to compete there. 1) do the tiara beading/goldwork I couldn't decide on 2) make my own hoopskirt??? (more likely than u think.....)

Rug is DONE!! Feels good to finish something! I had about 2-3 yards of this fabric and I used every inch I could. It clocks in at about 27"×18". And now it will brighten up our home!

Hot housekeeping tip I came up with- I heard that baking soda absorbs odors, so I've been keeping a dish of it in the microwave when I'm not using it. Seems to be working well???? 👀 I clean the microwave ofc, but it's been great at removing weird smells
