The final piece in full color (grey stone and autumnal tones). Leafy drying vines, brushes and grass have been added. Moss covers some of the stones and rocks. The figure, (more recognizably a cat wizard with a red hat and grey robe) is glued down.

The largest subspecies of Elf, the Hermismar, commonly referred to as Forest Elves, are a diverse people with a deep connection to the magics of Arbor, the first god of Nature. Hermismar can reside anywhere in which nature prevails and while most are humanoid, some are significantly different. Centaurs and Satyr are both subspecies of Forest Elf and are held in high regard by their culture.
Forest Elves are mostly distrustful of other species and reside in isolated Sanctuary Groves. However as the Empire has grown, these places of nature have started to disappear and led to a shrinking population of ‘true’ Forest Elves. Xenophobic policies meant many Groves were forcefully entered and sacked by Legionnaires.
These days, while Groves do exist, most Forest Elves currently live in cities as second class citizens. In these urban environments, away from nature, the Elves operate in a weakened magical state which leads to a reduced lifespan and intelligence.
In recent years however, more and more Elves have fled to begin construction of new Sanctuary Groves and it is hoped that as the Empire falls, the Elves will rise.
