This is now a standard part of Trump's campaign stump, a direct threat to voters: if you elect Democrats, I won't send you FEMA money, and I may take away your Medicare and Medicaid, too. These transcripts will be useful for litigation to follow.

What to make of the Irkutsk pneumonic plague incident so far

Again, Pneumatic Plague is hard to get. It requires inhaling aresolized, living bacteria. The fact she works in a bio-lab in Irktusk, where Russia's Plum Island is located, points to work aresolizing Yesinas pestis. This most likely points to bio-weapon research. _ share.google/jBtGXfmQU87T...

This description is of Pneumatic Plague. The only way to get that in a lab environment is by aresolizing it. The only reason to aresolize it is to make a bioweapon (other forms of plague are easy to treat & lack a simple delivery method) Russia was making bioweapons. share.google/JwMM6vqXpxip...

"Flooding the zone" with this stuff might be in order.

Post from Mark R Elias

"I think I'm getting the hang of this."

Mark's question to America.gov

Does the president have the authority over the conduct of federal elections,?

Answer:
The Constitution does not give the president the power to run or set the rules for federal elections. States have the main job if administering them. Congress can change most of those rules by statue. The president's role is to enforce existing federal law, not to replace state or congressional election rules.
