The Summer Solstice Dinner was one of our Trinity highlights...🪻🌺 Our student organisers adorned the Dining Hall with twinkling lights, bunting and seasonal florals. It was the *perfect* setting for the celebration, which featured a midsummer-inspired menu and special dance performance.
Long banquet hall with dark arched wooden beams, long dining tables, guests seated and mingling under string lights.Guests at a long dining table watch a projected "First Course" menu while presenters speak in a vaulted-ceiling hall.

Menu: Pea, Mint & Watercress Veloute, pea shoots, flowers with rustic bread and herb butter.

This dish is meant to symbolize growth, renewal and midsummer vitality through the use of bright green vegetables. Guests seated at long banquet tables under a vaulted wooden ceiling with string lights; a woman in a white dress standing.
