Had a neurosurgeon Telehealth appointment scheduled for 10am. Nobody called! I rang the outpatient unit to ask wtf. Been on hold for two hours. Hold message keeps telling me about the benefits of Telehealth. KILL ME.

Discovered something interesting last night that I can recommend as a self care strategy. When in bed at night if you can’t stop going over and over upsetting events/conversations/worries etc just picture yourself sawing off your own arm at the elbow. Kills every other thought really effectively!
