Buying votes in Federal elections is illegal under U.S Code 597. If Trump paid %5000 to every adult American citizen, it would cost about $1.35 trillion & cause massive inflation. With Trump's history of stiffing people, anyone who thinks they would actually get $5000 needs a brain transplant

I think his thought processes and emotional responses were deeply disturbed back in 2016, so in a sense this isn't new. But my mom died of Alzheimer's. And the impulsivity, need for reassurance and fear-based decision making she had are more evident than ever in the Oval Office occupant.
