Why petition supporter Pat from Princeton Junction is calling for NJ Transit fare hearings. Demand more from NJ Transit, riders. Sign the petition at change.org/njtransit26
“Another cancelled train, another morning derailed. ‘Overhead wires,’ they say, as minutes turn into hours. Breakdowns in the tunnel steal time we can’t replace. Peak-hour trains arrive shorter, cars reduced, crowds packed tight. An express promised, then quietly turned into a local crawl. Announcements echo excuses, not solutions, through the platform. Workdays start stressed, families wait, patience wears thin. This commute has become a daily test of endurance. Late to work, Late to home, miss critical events just cause of commuter trains. We pay the fare, we plan ahead, we do our part. Now we raise our voice—reliability is not too much to ask.”
