York Silk: I make my batting roll with advantage. After rolling, I can reroll one of my batting dice one time. Hahn Fox: When I get a hit, I clear the bases. One of my batting dice is always a 4. Valentine Games: I hit a triple when I roll any matched numbers, otherwise I hit a double.

The excitement of the revolution brought about many foreign mercenaries seeking a romantic glory in the war. That is not who the
Players are.
The Palookas are the disenfranchised and marginilized. Do not glamorize the war and neither should the player characters.
FOR ALL PALOOKAS MEXICO IS HOME.
Generate a Palooka using the usual Crime Wave Flimflam rules and consider the following questions below.
Questions for Palookas.
1. Why are you in Mexico City?

Assign six points to traits and assign six points to skills. Further detailed in the section of the Crime Wave Flimflam (p. 5-8).
2. What was your life like before the revolution?
3. Why aren't you fighting? Do you favor a side?
4. What have you lost as a result of the revolution?

Pick an option for each in the section of the Crime Wave Flimflam (p. 9-11).
5. Why is this your line of work?
6. Who do you owe money to?
7. What/who are you willing to die for?
8. Who can you rely on no matter what?
Why can't the Palookas just leave the city?
At this stage in the war, the best bet to avoid conscription, summary executions, or rogue troops, is to stay in the city. Outside of the Ten Tragic Days, Mexico City has dodged the devastation of the war. Palookas can venture out, but risk never returning.
