😩😩 Managed to hoof a post-parkrun caramel frappe ALL over my driver side car seat this morning as I got out… slow mo, couldn’t save and then had to scoop half the drink into Tupperware. Car smells like caramel now… hopefully not sour milk to follow! #clumsy it was a treat for my husband as well… 😩

Been an active weekend - Witney #parkrun followed by the ‘fundulating’ Cotswold Classic route (10miles plus a bit) on the bikes yesterday. Then a 5 mile run this morning, followed by a lush, flat ride out to a pub by the river this afternoon. My legs will hate me tomorrow…! #run-bike #sunshine
