my 2019 corolla is worse than my previous 2006 corolla in a lot of ways but the worst is the center console. i used to be able to change the temperature without taking my eyes off the road; now it’s a row of identical buttons and i have to look

wait.. has anyone ever tried letting LLMs edit their own conversation history to change/improve the conversation direction in the possibility space?

🔌 REESZY @reesz.social · 17/09/2025

The fact that LLMS answer in text is a flaw in their design.

The first few hours are crazy laggy for sure. Often feels like the familiar „first render flashes“ problem, but then runs smoother.

The impulse was already there and had been for a while, white nationalism isn’t new. GG caused the creation/expansion of online infrastructure for networking, community building (mainly among young online people) and spreading/testing of tactics and propaganda. But it didn’t invent the fasc wheel.

Damning review in Motor Trend of the Tesla Model Y from their long-term reviewer: "There’s so much I dislike about the Model Y that I don’t even need to consider the fraught sociopolitical aspects of modern Tesla ownership..." www.motortrend.com/reviews/2023...

Our 2023 Tesla Model Y Two-Year-Long Test Is Over. I’ll Never Understand How It Became the Most Popular EV.

Our Tesla is bad to drive, frustrating to live with, and full of sketchy software.

Usually not worth the storage size & render/upload time. Barely any visual difference for most normies & their 17“ monitors or phones.

visionOS should display the virtual environment progress indicator starting from the front, since thats also where the god damn environment fade starts..

Appreciate the support, but I'm not talking about the feed. If I go to your profile, or my profile. There's a tab "Posts", but it's not just Posts. It's also Reposts. Which makes it hard to find original posts by people on their profile if they repost a lot.

🔌 REESZY @reesz.social · 16/08/2025

Yes I am. It's the year 2025 under the lord & wanting to see someones post without the spam of retweets (even my own), shouldn't be missing from any basic app like this.

Why does none of the Twitter clones, including @bsky.app, allow me to see all of my posts WITHOUT the reposts on my profile?

The adamant elite refusal to call bullshit is a big part of How We Got Here. The prevailing cultural attitude for years is you must not, under any circumstances, treat anything as bad faith. You are obligated to find some reasonable idea and engage with that, even if you distort to get there.

It’s such a different model. It’s pretty strict on following the prompt. Kinda scared to tackle actually big tasks, but can do them when guided. Especially good at 0-shots for scoped, self contained changes. At the moment, feels like it needs to be paired with Claude for execution.
