I never expected #Moana2 to have the same charm as the first, but I expected it to at least have charm. The animation is gorgeous and Auliʻi Cravalho delivers a good performance! But the story, music and editing fails this sequel. Moana 2 really misses Lin-Manuel Miranda’s pen, too.

I just got around to watching #DuneProphecy and… Ep 1 didn’t grab me. Outside of the exposition dumps, there wasn’t a storyline that hooked me. They’re planting seeds of mystery with Desmond Hart, but everything else? Eh.. I’ll give it a chance to see if next week is better.
