I've consumed nicotine near-daily for over half of my life. My longest break was 10 months before I quit quittin'. I quit vaping about 2 weeks ago. It was too convenient to do anywhere, too hard to quit. Quit smoking Monday before bed. No gum, cold turkey. Here's a picture of what that feels like:
