I just got this off my cat in one brushing session. Last time I brushed him was (checks calendar) yesterday and I got about the same amount. He is not a long hair cat. This is why my home is in perpetual need of vacuuming.

Today I endured the indignity of a serious boundary intrusion. The foot in the blue shoe cover-that's my foot. The foot in the black shoe-that's the surgeon. The accordian tubing-the ventilator circuit. SUCH AN IMPOSITION ON MY SPACE!!!

Both the paper and the ebook are checked out of the library. And library loans are 21 days, which seems a bit short for this book. So over New Year when I was near a large B&N and had leftover gift cards, this happened. But first I need to finish the other long book I checked out.

There's an entire 4 layer red velvet cake in my refrigerator because tomorrow is my birthday, I want red velvet cake for my birthday and I bought it for myself to be sure I'd get what I want.

Sunglasses for scale-it was the first recognizable thing I spotted.

There’s also this book. It was inspired by the typical SNAP budget. She has suggestions for how to get the most value for the money, to emphasize vegetables (especially the ones in season) and developing cooking skills so you can work with what’s available.
