Money is tight these days for a lot of folks so I wanted to share this resource I stumbled upon on YouTube. She does low budget meals and personal challenges and really is amazing at stretching a tight grocery budget. Here is one this week where she bought $20 worth of food. youtu.be/QQ85rSjhbXE?...

There’s also this book. It was inspired by the typical SNAP budget. She has suggestions for how to get the most value for the money, to emphasize vegetables (especially the ones in season) and developing cooking skills so you can work with what’s available.

A book titled “ Good and Cheap: eat well on 4 dollars per day”
