Been feeling frustrated (mostly with myself) about game design lately, so let me take a moment and take a small amount of pride in what ive released in the last couple of years. Here are my beautiful books/trifolds:

It's great to see tailoring accommodate such extreme movement today. This level of tailoring was a bit more common in the past, as you can see in old films featuring Fred Astaire or Gene Kelly, but many modern suits will lift off the wearer's neck even when they're just walking.

1. Is there an example of play or demo anywhere? I couldn't find one on the page. 2. What was your most painful cut during development? Is there a system or snippet you loved but couldn't include?

The first movie was actually a "Hail Mary" for the entire franchise? I never knew the franchise was doing THAT bad for Sega to consider outright canceling it. I assumed they would just license Sonic out to third party developers. But wow, those movies saved the whole damn franchise.

Another interesting pickup this weekend: Wraithlands. I love these hexcrawl adventure books even when I am less found of OSR systems generally. But what i find interesting about Wraithlands' Outcome system is that it points directly into (instead of heavily inferring) fictional positioning.

Yeah, Dragon Slayers physical is a little pricey. It's a super unique take on action with completely asynchronous classes that play completely differently. A big departure from the minimalist stuff I love in ed6 but so out there that it resonates Grimwilds feels like ezd6's older cousin. Pools rock
